Rachel Freeman is the Product Marketing Manager for Discovery Services at EBSCO Information Services. In her role at EBSCO, Rachel helps inform the library community on how to get the most out of their research resources like EBSCO Discovery Service. Rachel also is involved in the marketing of other software-as-a-service solutions offered by EBSCO, including the new Full Text finder. Prior to joining EBSCO, Rachel served in various roles in the non-profit community, including grant managing. Rachel has been with EBSCO since June 2011, and is a graduate of Gordon College.
