Mike Drake

Vice President, Customer Satisfaction

Mike Drake is Vice President, Customer Satisfaction for EBSCO Information Services.  In this role he is responsible for Global Software Services, Global Customer Support, Customer Training, and Software as a Service (SaaS) Operations.  This responsibility includes the setup, configuration, and support of EDS customers worldwide, including loading catalog and IR data.  Previously Mike served as Vice President at Fidelity Investments as part of their outsourcing services business, where he led customer software implementation, configuration, development, and support during his 15 years with the company.
